I went into the home buying process a little nervous (to be expected) since it was my first time buying a home and I was starting my first job, but the whole process went so well thanks to Rich at Primary Residential. He walked me through every step of the process, kept in constant contact with me with informative calls/emails about the progress of my pre-approval and closing. He secured a great loan for me with a low and affordable fixed interest rate. I was very appreciative of the fact that he kept me so informed and was super supportive on my journey towards buying a home. The law firm that he chose to work with for the closing was absolutely wonderful and made the closing so fun instead of nerve-wracking! I was also extremely impressed with the insurance agency he set me up with for my homeowners insurance. Rich, along with everyone else who he put me in contact with, was professional, friendly, and easy to work with and truly top notch. Rich was great to work with for securing financing on our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn and asked a lot of questions. Rich was always easy to get in contact with, returned phone calls very quickly, and was responsive to our questions. He found us a good mortgage rate and loan. He even helped us with an additional question we had around the holidays, two months after closing. I would highly recommend him.
