The experience working with Mr. Maloney was amazing. He is a incredible person to work with. He made my dreams come true when my family and I been let down on becoming first time homebuyers in the past. We turned to Mr. Maloney who promised us and if I can say in many words his promise to me was 100 all the way. He is such a great, amazing, and wonderful lender. I trust this man with any help. Richard was very helpful in getting us preaproved and worked miricles to close the loan in 30 days. He kept us informed step by step of everything we needed to do and guided us through the whole process. He communicated with us almost everyday and kept us informed of the progress.

Richard (Rich) was very helpful through the process of helping my fiancé and I buy our very first home. He is on top of everything always calling to let you know how things are going when he finds out new information on your loan processing. He also goes beyond and even tells you what he thinks of the house. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone buying a house. He is amazing!!!
