Rich is very good at what he do! I was completely clueless on the lender process of buying a house. He made it easy. I used the VA and it was nothing to him. My credit wasn't the best the first time I talked to him and he showed me what to do to get it right in just a short time period. he took the headache out of it. I can honestly say he put his heart into what he done for me. I highly recommend him as a lender.

He is very detailed on explaining the process and always follows up in a timely manner. The is the 3rd loan I have closed personally with him. I have also recommended him to at 5 of my friends that have used him and were pleased with the services he provided. All in all my experience has been very smooth because of his knowledge and professionalism

I came to Rich with a borderline credit score, very little in savings, and no experience in home purchasing. He was able to help me get my credit where it needed to be and get me approved for a VA Loan with very little work on my behalf. Rich really worked hard with his company to get me exactly what I asked for in terms of payment and was still able to get me approved for a loan that was enough to move my family into a brand new home within only about 3 months from start to closing. I am very pleased with Rich's service and have recommended him to everyone at my company who I ever hear discussing buying a home. If I am ever in the market for a home again in the future, this is exactly where I'm turning first!

Rich made the process quick and painless. He is extremely knowledgable so there was no doubt or concern during any part of the purchase. He works with equally qualified attorneys and we would recommend his services to anyone. Very compassionate person.
