Rich was great to work with for securing financing on our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn and asked a lot of questions. Rich was always easy to get in contact with, returned phone calls very quickly, and was responsive to our questions. He found us a good mortgage rate and loan. He even helped us with an additional question we had around the holidays, two months after closing. I would highly recommend him.

Rich was easy and enjoyable to work with. Always available to answer questions and responded to my questions quickly. The entire process was easy, smooth and stress free. Rich helped me to find a home within my price range. He also, worked out my mortgage payment to stay within my budget.
