My husband and I are so happy that we chose to work with Rich Maloney as our lender. He went above and beyond our expectations and made buying our first home an enjoyable experience. 1st thing he did was gave us advice on how to take care of our finances so we could qualify for a home loan. He took care of us every step of the way. He is a lender who truly loves his job and clients. We were never a number to him and he knew us by name.
