Richard is very knowledgable in his field. He has processed loans of all types. Mine loan had some twists that he overcame with steadfast results. If you are not sure if you can qualify for buying a home you better call this guy & get a free opinion on your situation. He will get it done or tell you straight up what you need to do. Mr. Maloney exceeded our expectations. We began our home search with the ability to have confidence in our purchasing capabilities. Richard walked us through every step, answered all my questions (and I had MANY), and was always polite and courteous. It was clear from the very beginning that My husband, myself, and my children were foremost in the decisions Richard made as a lender and as a counselor for our home purchasing needs. Rich was great throughout the entire loan process. He came highly recommended by my Realtor and he did not disappoint. When we first connected, he was actually on vacation. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Rich and would definitely use him again if/when the need arises.

I chose Mr. Maloney at the referal of my agent. I worked with him before house shopping to build my credit and have all my paperwork in order. After I had my down payment I began house shopping and he was always faithful to return my calls promptly and seemed knowledgable in laws and regulations.
