What a great facility to go through for buying my very first home. Shirley and Melanie were awesome. They were there to answer any questions every step of the way and constantly kept me informed. Would recommend them over and over again!!!

We had the pleasure to work with Dan Torre to purchase our home and we cannot be happier. By far he is the best loan officer we have ever dealt with purchasing a home. Wow. There are hardly enough adequate words to describe how grateful we are to Dan Torre and his team at Primary Residential Mortgage. Due to student loans and unique contract terms, what started out as a paperwork nightmare ended up turning into a real dream come true. Dan worked with us every step of the way and even when I started to feel overwhelmed by the credit bureaus and life in general, he was there to keep encouraging me to stick with it. He kept on fighting in our corner to get us into a house which we had been renting for a long time, and it is now finally truly ours. I am proud to say that God has really blessed my family with putting Dan and Primary Residential in our path and helping us turn our house into our Home. Thank you so much for everything. We will never forget you.
