I worked with Shirley and Judy at PRMI. I contacted Shirley to ask what I needed to do in order to purchase a home in 6-12 months. She gave me a list of recommended tasks to complete and set up a time for us to discuss my progress. I was able to complete her list and improved my credit score more quickly than expected, so I was approved for a home loan within 4 months. I found the property I wanted very quickly and Judy helped make sure that all my paperwork was completed in plenty of time for closing. The process was relatively smooth and I definitely recommend PRMI to those looking for a home loan.
