She did not double check her work, she assumed the problem was on our side.We had a mortgage one and mortgage two application due to the first house being purchased by a cash buyer. I received several emails to sign a credit inquiry document that have never been added to the second mortgage. We repeatedly stated that we had signed everything that had been provided. Finally I down loaded the document from the first mortgage and uploaded to the second mortgage to attempt to complete the request.

Working with you was an extremely positive experience. From shopping around other mortgages, instantly after talking to you over the phone (versus other lenders) I could tell you actually cared. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciate you taking the time to find out what parts of the loan were really important to me and then working with me on educating me and finding the best solution for my wants. I originally contacted Shirley in order to figure out what steps I would need to take in order to purchase a home in 6-12 months. Shirley was willing to review my information and helped me set a deadline for meeting my initial steps. I followed Shirley’s advice and was ready to purchase within 4 months!
