Great refinance through PRMI! Judy Hamilton and Shirley Hapner are high-caliber professionals and very effective. This is our second loan with them (after our first house purchase) and it was smooth and easy - even during the COVID pandemic. We were able to get a lower interest rate, lower monthly payment, shorter term, and drop PMI by refinancing from USDA to conventional loan. Overall great experience and results - highly recommend!
