The communication from the team was awesome. I am a first time homebuyer and had lots of questions. They answered my questions and made sure I understood and comfortable. I would definitely call Shirley Hapner again when I look for purchasing a home again.

I felt like there was no personal touch . On numerous occasions I tried to call could never speak to you . I would have to have Sandy reach out for me . I am greatful to finaly be in my new home but I would go with someone who could take the time to talk to me on the phone next time .
