Alex made this process seamless and convenient. He and his team had an open line of communication and were easily accessible throughout. He was able to explain all aspects in an understandable way. Most importantly it was easy to tell that Alex was invested in what was most important to us as the customer.

Jon Wald and his team of professionals were exactly that; professionals.
From the very first phone call, Jon or one of his caring team members took care of my sons and me as an individual. From answering my questions to the use of new web services for signing paperwork they were right by my side. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for a home buying purchase.
A lot has changed since my last home buying experience and the PMRI Team was knowledgeable and very patient. I can't thank them enough.

Jon explained the mortgage process so well, we never felt lost or intimidated. Jon and Karen kept us in the loop during the 2 month process, giving us updates every week and presenting very clear instructions for paperwork we would need to provide. When there was a slight hiccup two days before the closing, Jon and his team worked quickly and efficiently to amend the situation. I would recommend him to our family and friends without hesitation and we will use him again in the future.
