When I started the process with Kevin he took time out of his weekend to meet with me to go over everything related to mortgages, interest rates, and the whole home-buying process . He sketched out different scenarios related to loan amounts, interest rates, down payments, etc. to help clarify each component. The team was responsive to questions and minor bumps in the process, and adept at handling the multiple different loans and grants I was using.
