Jon provided excellent advice and thoughtful service. In a multi-offer situation, he went the extra mile to call the seller's agent to assure them that financing would not delay closing. Jon's staff provided regular status reports on the mortgage, and the application and approval process was easy and fast. I loved the ability to complete forms on-line and upload documents securely.
