Valentina was great to work with from beginning to end. She showed great knowledge about the loan process and answered any questions. Stephen answered every question that we had and was always ready and there to help. He understood that we were first time buyers and really made sure that we understood everything. He was super kind and helpful and even answered a phone call late at night. If we decide to sell/buy again we will definitely be using Stephen, we appreciate everything that he has done for us.
