Valentina was a gem throughout this process. She was sure to break down every step for us and was super easy to stay in touch with. She makes gigantic numbers involved with buying a house so much less scary. It was a pleasure working with Sean! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered any questions we had (most of the time before we asked them!) and put our minds at ease. He made the process so easy. Sean went above and beyond for us as first time homebuyers. He is truly one of the nicest people and stuck with us through the long journey we had buying a house in this crazy market. He made himself available to us whenever we needed it. Aaron Matty is incredible! Not only did he accommodate all my requests, educate me on the process, and ensure he got the best loan terms for my situation, he personally assisted when a seller was being troublesome regarding financing terms for a home I was interested in. Aaron worked to the last hour to make sure closing was smooth, communicated effectively between all parties, and was one of the most organized loan officer's I've ever worked with.
