Wow, where do I start? Kathleen was wonderful. Buying a house -- especially for the first time -- is intimidating and scary but Kathleen eased a lot of my fears. She was always available to answer my questions and explained things so clearly and patiently. I really felt like I had someone who was not just an expert in their field but also had my best interests in mind. I'm really grateful to have had Kathleen to walk me through this milestone moment!
