Jon did my inititial loan and a refi a little over a year later. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and he made the process very easy. He turned my original loan around very quickly so I could close on the deadline I needed to close on after the builder dragged their feet.

I started working with Jon this summer while I was looking for a house to buy. I came across a property that needed a bit of work and Jon was able to completely organize a 203 k loan for me based on the needs of this house. Jon also was willing to sit with my mom and I and explain the process of a 203 k, buying a home and renovating it. Jon kept me updated throughout the whole process and was easily reachable through e-mail or by calling. In the end, there were some paperwork discrepancies through the other party and Jon stayed on top of all this and straightened EVERYTHING out for me. I definitely couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and wouldn't have been able to do this without Jon's help.

We had not been in the 'mortgage world' for quite a few years, and had a lot of questions. Jon expertly guided us through essential background knowledge pertaining to mortgages, amortization schedules, recommendations, the qualifying process, and giving us insight into mortgages from the lender's perspective. He had accurate information about current loan programs and rates. We decided to apply for a VA loan; Jon knew the appraisers and requested appropriate and accurate information to make the loan application process as smooth as possible. We were able to close on our new home ahead of schedule.
