Kevin Henneman was nothing short of a godsend to my family. All of our dreams were coming true: my husband had become the President/Owner of his company, I was back to working again after having 3 kids, our current home was attractive to potential buyers, and we had found the perfect new home for our family to purchase before the start of a new school year. Then we suffered the crushing blow of being turned away by 2 other loan officers because of tougher lending restrictions on the newly self-employed. Thankfully, our financial advisor referred us to Kevin, who was very knowledgeable about the options for those in our situation. All hope was restored and we were able to purchase the home of our dreams!

Last year I decided to purchase my very first home. In preparation of my new venture, I enrolled in FTHB classes and read just about every article that I could find in regards to buying a home. While I gained quite a bit of knowledge in doing so, I also heard more than my comfort level of horror stories. As a result, I became apprehensive and very suspicious of everyone involved in the process thinking that they were all in it for SOLELY one reason: to make the biggest profit they could at my expense. HOWEVER, upon working with Eric Sinar, my fears were laid to rest. Eric kept me informed of any changes in legislation that would work to my advantage. Not only was he always readily available to answer all of my questions, he made it a point to elaborate so I was able to gain an even deeper understanding of the subject matter beyond what I was asking but needed to know. As a result, I was never made to feel as if my hand was being forced, but rather empowered with the knowledge that I needed to make one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. I have worked with Eric as a client and on many transactions as a Realtor. I met Eric when I was attempting to refinance my personal mortgage. He was able to get me a great rate and advise me on which loan product to use. Eric is very professional and knowledgeable; and as importantly, he is very responsive. I can call, text, or email him around the clock and usually reach him immediately. If not, he responds within a couple hours.

Without question, I would not be in the house I am had it not been for Eric Sinar and his incredible work ethic, responsiveness, and ability to get things done correctly and ahead of schedule. I would recommend him to anyone.

Eric was extremely helpful in doing a refinance on one home as well as a purchase loan on another property. His knowledge of laws and regulations was tremendously helpful through out this sometimes stressful process.I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to my friends and family.
