Kevin has been my mortgage broker for the past 15 years and he has always bent over backwards to provide superior service to me. Even when there is no trace of business I might have for Kevin, he reaches out to let me know about changes to my rates, etc. and is consistently generous with his vast knowledge and limited time. Recently, we moved again and Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, even at his own sacrifice. He is a class act, and a truly generous professional who will be candid AND trustworthy in a universe with far too few heroes left. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking a mortgage partner!

This was our third loan with Kevin. Kevin has always been great to work with, and has a great staff as well. If there was any question he couldn't answer right away, he was quick to get back to you with the answer. Also, he has always done the extra work and research to get us the best rate and terms available at the time. We have recommended him frequently, and will definitely call him the next time we purchase a home.

I'm an anxious person by nature, but Jon and his team kept me calm throughout my buying process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and checked in with his team often. I never felt like I wasn't important, and he and his team explained everything to me in layman's terms. When I got nervous about the cash-to-close numbers early on in the process, Jon talked me through all of the scenarios, even after hours. I got check-in emails at least once a week with updates, and the team handled so much of the process for me. I'm closing in two days and I'm not stressed at all! (As a sidebar, I had worked with another lender in the past on a house that didn't work out, and I definitely didn't feel as confident or informed.) Working with a lender should always be this easy.

Kathleen was an amazing realtor to work with. It was my first time buying, and Kathleen walked me through everything and talked everything out with me in laymen's terms. She also helped me get lots of incentives from the city and state towards the purchase so I saved a lot of money. I've already recommended her to my brother and friends. One of the houses I put an offer on was a short sale, and Kathleen was patient and waited with me for months as we worked through all the legal hurdles. She is incredibly quick, responsive, kind, trustworthy, and helpful!
