I have loved working with Jon throughout the years. We purchased our first home back in 2012 and Jon was extremely helpful and knowledge about the whole process. He was even able to inform us about some grants that we qualified for to help cover closing costs. In 2015 I contacted Jon about a refi for our home and he was great in getting me a cost estimate of a new loan very quickly. He and his staff were very professional to work with and did a great job from application to closing. I have recommended Jon to various friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Jon is very knowledgeable and practical. He helped to inform my husband and me throughout the process of obtaining a loan. For me, getting a loan to buy a home was rather annoying and also scary because there are many, many papers to sign and you have to know what you're signing because it is the most enormous purchase of your life... but because Jon knows what he is doing, it is much less scary. He's also efficient enough to make the process a little less annoying. Best of all, he has a sense of humor and calm about the entire process, and can answer all of your panicked questions and help you to feel at ease. I recommend the entire PrimeRes team without hesitation.

Jon and his team were wonderful to work with. This was my first time buying a home, and we were applying for a first time home buyer's grant. As a result, my loan process was very involved and lengthy. His team was in constant communication with me and always responsive when I had a question or concern.
