Kathleen was very knowledgeable about the various homebuyer assistance programs in Baltimore and Maryland, which was extremely valuable to me in my first home-buying experience. She was able to explain everything to me clearly and in detail without being condescending, which I struggled to find in other loan officers. She was also very responsive and always provided more than enough information for my questions. Loved working with Kathleen and her team - they made the process so easy for me!

Kathleen was responsive, helpful, and very clear. We’re first-time home buyers and moving to a new area. It was a little alienating to have beer brought to my closing as a sober person. That would have been fine, except that in addition, the paperwork for the closing featured my name spelled incorrectly. An apology was given by Kathleen to the representative from the title company but not to me directly. It was a fundamentally unprofessional occurrence, especially with lender emphasis on the correctness of paperwork on my part throughout the process. Based on this closing experience, I would not refer others to this lender.
