Kathleen and her team were so professional and helpful from the beginning through the very end of our mortgage process. Her office communicated regularly and clearly throughout the entire process, making sure that we had the information we needed and that we were making the deadlines. We closed in record time! Jon is a true master of his craft. We used Jon back in 2011 as well and we were blessed for the opportunity to work with him again! He always provides us with the best options, explains the pros and cons- short and term benefits or disadvantages- has your best interests at heart. His staff is responsive, knowledgeable, polite and professional. We couldn't believe how quickly Jon and his team were able to make things happen and set expectations with us so there weren't last minute hiccups.
