Greg Nelson and his team quickly earned our trust and respect. He walked us through each step of the home buying process in simple, easy to understand terms. From how to improve our credit scores, to choosing the right loan, locking in the lowest interest rate and making sure we were happy, informed and comfortable at the settlement table. Most lenders are only available 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Greg was always available after hours and on the weekends to answer any and all questions and addressed all our concerns quickly and professionally. If you are looking for a lender who will treat you like a person, and not just a number, I highly recommend Greg Nelson.

Mr. Nelson and his team were right on top of everything. From giving me a breakdown of what I would need for the loan to be processed. Emails with updates throughout. He was always a phone call away and extremely helpful.

Greg and everyone at ICG Home and credit pro were a great help and extremely patient and knowledgeable about our 203K process. The finances were made easy with their knowledge of credit scores and the process. I asked at a minimum 50 different questions and each and everyone was answered to my satisfaction and understanding.
