I met Kathleen Brooks Lauman through my realtor in late May 2017. Although I had very, very strict budget constraints as a first-time Maryland homebuyer, I have excellent credit. With this information in hand, Kathleen conducted her due diligence and found me a terrific loan option that worked exceptionally well within my established financial parameters. During the two-month process that followed, Kathleen availed herself to me and answered each and every question I posed to her. So, when she notified me she was unable to accompany me to my closing on July 21st, I was not disappointed in the least. Kathleen had been there all along and so I already knew I wasn't just a number to her in the mortgage loan process. Furthermore, when I was having self doubts about the purchase, she calmly allayed my fears with good sound advice. Today, as I continue to unpack my household items and transform my condo into my home, I think of all the valuable assistance and confidence I received from Kathleen.
