Greg and Scott from Intercontinental Capital Group could not have made my mortgage experience better than it was. They were by far the best when it came to everything. Building a new home can be complicated and the group from ICG stayed on top of everything and even corrected many of the errors that the builder did not and in some cases the builder was the root cause of. I really cannot say enough kind words about these guys. Their professionalism and timeliness were second to none and I will not hesitate to use them for future home purchases.

Jonathan and his team were great folks with whom to work. They were thorough, fast, accurate and patient.
No question was too minor and I appreciated the care, concern and accuracy I saw them put into the work.

Kathleen and her team were a key part of our home buying experience. She was extremely competent and well versed whenever we had a question for her. Not only did she have great knowledge to address our issues and current financing offers but we never had any issues getting in contact with her - which is huge during these compressed timelines. Even when we made some mistakes during the loan process she was able to resolve them and work them out extremely quickly.
Kathleen never did anything less than excellent work for us and we will be sure to utilize her services again in the future!
