I've owned several houses, been through the loan process several times. Bank of America was terrible despite the fact that I've been a customer for over 25 years. Jon Wald is the best. I cannot think of any thing to improve their process.

Debbie me her team were very responsive and answered all my questions accurately and promptly. I went on vacation prior to my closing date and Debbie and her team were so helpful and completed all the necessary steps needed in order to have the paperwork completed prior to my vacation so there was no need to scramble when I returned home. I would highly recommend working with her team!
