I just couldn't say enough about Alex and his team. We trusted them with a home purchase recently and they went above and beyond every single time we needed something. Alex was SUPER responsive and ever so helpful walking us through the beginning phase and then, all through the process, there to answer any question, help solve any problem, and to reassure us when things got delayed with the other sides financing. I would recommend them to my family and my best friends. THAT says a LOT! A+++

We had no idea what we were doing going in to this process. Alex explained things in terms we could understand from start to finish. By the end, we were the experts. Alex and his team couldn't have made this easier for us and were always available whenever we had a question no matter how small. I would highly recommend anyone looking, no matter what step of the process you are in, to give Alex and PRMI a call. They will not disappoint.

Alex's commitment to us and ALWAYS being available! His responses were fast and even if you sent a message with the expectation of waiting until a holiday weekend was over or "after work hours" to hear back you would get an immediate response. Alex is always on! His team was great with getting it done and done fast and thorough. We had an issue that delayed us from our initial closing (from the fault of the buyers lender NOT Alex) and he made sure we were ready and talked us through it. A+++
