I have worked with Greg in many different fascists of the industry. He was a true life safer to me and saved me a ton of money. Due to his knowledge he was able to refinance my interest only rehab loan as a self employed application, when several other lenders could not. It's really not that the other lenders couldn't they were just not aware of the programs suited for me to achieve my goal. Greg has a vast knowledge of all the loan programs. This is key when a loan can become difficult, knowing what your true options are. For this I will forever be grateful and will always trust him when it comes to my lending needs. If you are looking a responsive, hard working knowledgeable, lender who will get you to the settlement table Greg is the right person for you! His team members are also very helpful and reflect a great business atmosphere. Greg was also upfront and straight forward with me, from the beginning to the end of the process with no surprises. Buying a house is never easy and there is always a lot to do. There weren't too many hang ups and nothing was delayed. There were a few times of frustration when "one more thing" turned into several "one more things" but overall the experience was pretty easy and smooth. Thanks!!

I was looking to buy a home for the first time and was referred to ICG by my realtor. I'm so glad I called them. I called and they took my information and called me back with what I could afford. Knowing my price range gave me a sense of confidence while looking for a home. Once I found the home I loved, they worked with me to gather all information. I was a special case because I owned a mobile home, which is not common. My mobile home park office was not easy to work with, resulting in one missing piece of documentation from them after I sold my mobile home. They didn't want to provide a letter stating I would no longer be responsible for ground rent. Greg and his team called the office themselves to work on obtaining the letter. I finally received the letter and was clear to close on my home. I can't thank Greg, Rick and Scott enough for the assistance they provided.

We could not have asked for a better home buying experience with Greg and his team. He was there to answer questions, was very knowledgeable and very patient. Greg surpassed all expectations and really worked for us to make sure our home buying process was as smooth and stress free as possible.
