The thing I liked best about Kathleen and her team was that I felt very confident in their ability to get me where I needed to be to close on my house. My income fluctuates throughout the year which makes it difficult to qualify but I never was worried about the transaction not going through. Kathleen and her team were always there to answer all the many questions I had.
