Kathleen is about servicing her clients. She definitely had I'm interest, always gave me several options and scenarios, which allowed me to make the best decision. She is also well informed about all the available loans and grants incentives. Kathleen is also a great communicator, through phone, text and email. I have to say, "She is the best!"
