The documents associated with our loan were constantly being misplaced. Some of the documents had to be uploaded multiple times. This process was inconvenient and time consuming.

Kathleen is about client first. She explain and walked me through the entire home purchasing process. Kathleen is also well informed about all the available loan products and incentives, for the first time home buyers; which is saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. Also the out of pocket closing cost was much lower than expected. If you are looking for loan officer that is about you first, then look no further, Kathleen is the best.
