Ida was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient and understanding and made sure I was constantly updated at every step of the process. She has a keen sense of what questions or concerns a potential borrower may have and was always very quick to answer the phone or return an email. All of this combined with a warm and caring attitude makes Ida a wonderful person to work with and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We have been working with Ida since 2001 before we even decided to buy our first house! We finally purchased in 2003 and have purchased two more houses since then and have worked with her on a number of refinances. She makes it so easy and is is wonderful to work with!

Ida from day one was honestly committed to assisting me through this very tedious process as, I was simultaneously going through a divorce. Ida, kept the discipline level up at all times even though as I was not being a responsive as I should have. Furthermore, she was very empathetic of my situation as I was going through a very hard time. She was extremely professional but also provided motherly emotional support and for that, I will always be thankful. She is remarkable!

Everyone we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. Every phone call was answered and I believe we only had to leave a message once and that was returned promptly. It was a very nice experience.
