Ida was highly responsive and her deep knowledge of this ins and outs of the mortgage loan process made my loan possible. The loan was complex, and we ran into a few surprises along the way, but each time Ida found a way to make the numbers work. She was both pleasant and precise, making sure everything was done right and on schedule. I couldn’t ask for more, she was just fantastic.

Ida was such a pleasure to work with! She followed up and checked in on me throughout the process of buying and selling my house. She ran numbers multiple times for the houses I was considering and walked me through the different loan and down payment options. She made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and made the process so much easier! I would highly recommend working with Ida!
