Ida was great from start to finish. She knew I was buying and selling under difficult circumstances and helped me every step of the way. 2 years ago my wife and I tried to go through this process and although it was evident that it was not our time, we eventually decided to give it another try before we finally found success. During the 2 years that past Ida Reis continually checked in with us, not knowing if we (my wife and I) would ever consider going through the process again. Throughout each of those two years she touched base with us often, sending us a holiday cards in addition to other emails. Thanks Ida for everything.
