In this area (northern virginia), people need lenders who are responsive and available to run the numbers and get things filed ASAP because things move so quickly. We knew we could rely on Ida to do that and she didn't fail! Despite things moving quickly, we didn't feel like Ida rushed us at all. She was always willing to talk with us and answer questions (and we had a lot) and explain things so we felt like we had a good sense of how things we were working and could make informed decisions

Ida was fantastic and stuck with us through the long process of preparing, looking and actually purchasing our house. She would periodically check in and was always very reachable for questions. Knowledge and kind to work with!

Ida is an extremely special person. On top of being reliable and timely, Ida made sure I was 100% happy with my home and provide advice in order for me to lock it down. I actually wouldn't even be a homeowner if it wasn't for her. She gave me advice to be more aggressive and the next thing you know I ended up with a house. Ida is an awesome broker and an even better person.
