Brian was reassuring and communicative from start to finish, and he made sure everything went smoothly. His experience and connections with various city organizations made it possible for us to close on time despite a super tight timeline with 2 different grants -- each with its own paperwork, etc. Would highly recommend!

He and his team provide great customer service, are very responsive even at night/on weekends, and patiently answered our questions. The only (minor) hiccup was that our deposit was missing on the initial Closing Disclosure, but this was quickly corrected. I would definitly recommend Brian and his team to someone seeking a home loan.
