Brian was so kind and helpful. He made a hard process easier. We live in California and we were buying a home in Baltimore. Everything was done online and over the phone. He called and responded to our calls very quickly, answered all of our questions accurately and honestly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Our loan was approved and now we have a friend in Baltimore. Thank you Brian, we will recommend you to our friends and will be the only one we will call if we decide to buy another house.

Brian was really hands-on throughout the process and came to the closing despite him not really needing to be there. It was great to have him there to ensure there were no problems.
