Brian was incredibly responsive and patient with my questions throughout the process! Often answering calls even from a water park! Really appreciated the detailed comparisons and flexibility with offering various options during the buying process. There were more unexpected complexities with closing towards the end, but Brian and the team worked tirelessly to get things cleared and approved in as quick a time as possible, while ensuring I get the best rate available!
