George went above and beyond to make sure that our loan came through on time and enable us to close on our desire date. We were having some issues making sure all of the conditions to an addendum to our contract were met. This was a real obstable to finalizing the loan process, but George and his team had everything ready to go and gave a lot a great advice, so when that addendum was satisfied the loan process was completed immediately! This allowed us to keep our settlement date and get into our new home when we had planned. I am confident that only George could have pulled that off. Friendly, professional, great communication, sound advice- and he gets the job done! Thanks George!

George was made this process truly exceptional. He was always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions or concerns. If we were two steps ahead , George was fifty! Couldn't have asked for a better loam officer/ home buying experience. The best of the best!

George Kuda and the entire PRMI team demonstrated the epitome of professionalism. There was no question left unanswered and at the drop of a dime there were all willing to engage on a call to further clarify what was required and when. Buying a home in todays climate is certainly stressful, but when you work with an organization like PRMI it becomes exponentially more manageable! Thank you to George and the entire team! I'm not a finance person and definitely suck at my own personal finances. Would have appreciated when I asked for a breakdown of the costs and how much to bring to the closing...a breakdown of each and every cost written out like I was a 2 year old. I understand when you do things so long you lose the sight that everyone should know what you're saying, but definitely did not fully understand. Plus the numbers were off a bit on the closing papers. Not sure why the loan people don't talk to the real estate agent to ensure the numbers were correct but...hey...I'm not in the business.
