Eric helped make the home buying process incredibly easy. When my wife and I met with Eric we stressed how important communication was to us. He ensured us that he would always be ready to answer any questions and he was! We found a home the same week that we applied for our loan and the sellers wanted to close in 2 weeks. Thanks to Eric and his team we got it done! Now we are in our new home and we love it! Thanks again Eric!

I was a first home buyer and I thought that I was going to have a confusing difficult process to get my loan approved. But Eric is an expert at his job and explained to me every detail on my contract and patiently answered all my questions any time that Iâd call him or email him or when Iâd meet him in person. Overall I think Eric is really confident at his role and knows what his clients need. I will definitely refer him to all my friends and will use him in future in buying another property!
