Eric is very friendly, but 3 days before we were supposed to close, our rate was changed significantly. This caused us a lot of anxiety.

Eric was such a joy to work with. He is very professional and his work shows the care he has for his clients. Eric went above and beyond to help us, if it was with communicating with us or just asking us how everything is going on our end. He made sure every question we had was answered in a timely manner and that we understood everything that was being explained. I am very pleased and honored to have had Eric work with us.
