Stephen answered every question that we had and was always ready and there to help. He understood that we were first time buyers and really made sure that we understood everything. He was super kind and helpful and even answered a phone call late at night. If we decide to sell/buy again we will definitely be using Stephen, we appreciate everything that he has done for us.

Steve was very helpful in answering all my questions and running through potential scenarios and options with me. He was very responsive and made sure that I never felt overwhelmed. His entire team was very proactive and supportive making the entire process fairly easy. I got constant updates via their portal and was always updated as the loan processed through its various stages. Highly recommend
