From the beginning of this process I let Stephen know what I was looking for and where I want my monthly mortgage payment to be at, and he kept me informed about the different housing options that I came across. He was easily accessible and often took my calls while eating. Stephen and his team are very experienced at what they do and I like that we were all (Stephen, Matthew, Michelle and I) on the same page. Also the ease of submitting documents into a portal without having to worry about unread emails etc kept my mind at ease. The communication was on point, they let me know exactly what I needed and I did my best to get it to them as quickly as possible. Stephen and his team are highly recommended.

This was my first time purchasing a home. I had absolutely no idea how and what this process would entail. Stephen's expertise was beyond anything I could ask for. He handled every aspect in this process. My situation was a bit out of the normal process. Communication was 100%. Most of all Stephen was so kind and reassuring which made this process much less stressful. I was very impressed with his services. I would highly recommend Stephen for anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
