We enjoyed how communicative Silas and his team were. As first time home buyers, we appreciated that he always gave us a call at each step of process so that we could go over any questions we might have. He also ran numbers on each house we were interested in so that we had a good idea of the monthly payment and cash to close amounts. He and his team responded to emails within 1 business day, at most, which made the whole process so much smoother. We would highly recommend Silas and his team and will definitely use them again in the future!

Silas and his staff were very responsive and gave detailed answers to our questions. We had a short timeline to close which made closing more complicated than usual. They did a great job of working with us throughout the process.
