We enjoyed how communicative Silas and his team were. As first time home buyers, we appreciated that he always gave us a call at each step of process so that we could go over any questions we might have. He also ran numbers on each house we were interested in so that we had a good idea of the monthly payment and cash to close amounts. He and his team responded to emails within 1 business day, at most, which made the whole process so much smoother. We would highly recommend Silas and his team and will definitely use them again in the future!

I can not say enough good things about Silas and Heather. They work so hard and it shows. I closed 2 weeks before what was predicted and I did an RD loan. It went so smooth and they were so friendly and on top of things. I work for an investment firm so I'm in finance and Silas is TOP NOTCH! Honest, Kind and very knowledgeable. I live 2 hours away from their office so I had talked with 4 different lenders more local and went back to PRMI and do not regret it. Thanks for the best experience on my first mortgage!!
