Silas and his team we very detailed oriented, diligent, great at communicating throughout the entire process, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very articulate and detailed when explain loan options, approval numbers, and what I needed to do to be positioned the maximize my loan. His love for numbers and the business showed with every phone call and/or email which made the process that much easier for a first-time buyer such as myself. I appreciate his patience and advisement throughout this process as well. My family and I would like to thank him for everything he did so that we can be in a home that we loved and made financially sense to be in.
