This is my second time using Primary Residential for a reason. Silas and his support staff work expeditiously and with a detailed explanation through each step. What makes the experience great is how I felt like they used kid gloves when working with me but without making me feel like a child. I was ignorant of most things mortgage-related and Silas spent the time to help me better understand what I was doing. Piece of mind and absolute professionalism is why my experience was yet again great.

Silas knocked it out the park. Was able to push me through in under 2 weeks after being let down after 2 months at a different lender. He ran with my case and saved the deal! Making me #40 he said. I will be remembering this when I decide to upgrade in the future.
