I had a great experience working with Mr. Lorenzini on the purchase of my new home. He took the time to explain the various loan options, paper work and checked-in with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Lorenzini. I will be using him in the future.

Mike was prompt, efficient, and explained everything to us in detail. He worked hard to get us a good rate and to close as soon as possible. His website for uploading forms was very helpful. We did everything online.

This is actually the 2nd home purchase that we have used Mike Lorenzini for and he provided us with exceptional service. We were buying and selling all at the same time, which was stressful for us but Mike constantly kept us in the loop every step of the way and the whole process really was easy thanks to him. Mike in my opinion went above and beyond as he took the time to ensure that we understood everything we signed in detail. There were many options and we were provided with detailed information on each of them to make a decision that best fit our needs. Thanks Mike

Barry is knowledge, diligent in his work, and most of all a user friendly person. The average person does not completely understand the mortgage process. You do not need to with Barry. He was very patient with us during the process and guided us in the right direction throughout the process. He put us at ease and delivered on every aspect of the Mortgage process. You can trust Barry he is a true professional who believes in customer service.

Most of my communication with Mike was online and over the phone. Mike was extremely helpful and had everything organized for me to sign right before closing which is when I met him in person. Easy to work with and veteran/military friendly!
