Mike was very diligent in ensuring the lending process was easy and smooth. He explained all scenarios and possibilities thoroughly to help us make the most informed decision for our needs. He also enabled us to do as much of the process as possible remotely, to minimize time we had to be away from work. He also made himself available weekends/after hours to accommodate.
